【商  品  特  色紅甘魚厚切成1.5公分的生魚片,口感扎實且肉質綿密,含有豐富油脂量,入口較肥腴

【料  理  方  式】生魚片(保存期限1週)、油煎、煮湯、煮麵


『油煎紅甘』

   魚退冰洗淨擦乾,將魚切片起油鍋煎魚(建議油多),煎至焦香

『紅甘煮麵』

   STEP 1   煮好麵或泡麵,最後放入紅甘魚切片燙熟即可

   STEP 2  可以再加入海帶芽、蔥末、白芝麻白胡椒
