【商  品  特  色珍珠石斑的肉質鮮美、無肌間刺且富含膠質,口感滑嫩有彈性

【料  理  方  式】煮湯、煮粥、煮麵、火鍋食材


起司珍珠石斑魚排』

   STEP 1   烤箱預熱200度10分鐘

   STEP 2   將調味料混合:起司粉100g+辣椒粉30g+香草末少許+研磨胡椒少許

   STEP 3   將珍珠石斑退冰並用紙巾擦乾,塗均勻橄欖油

   STEP 4   放入調味料盤中,讓調味粉整個包覆魚片

   STEP 5   以200度烤10-12分鐘後淋上檸檬汁即可食用
