【料  理  方  式】清蒸


『清蒸龍虎班』

   STEP 1  切好的蔥絲、薑絲鋪盤底,放上龍虎斑用電鍋蒸熟,再燜10-15分起鍋 (電鍋外鍋放約一杯米的水加米酒)

   STEP 2  將魚換盤,擺上新的薑絲、蔥絲,淋上由醬油 蠔油、砂糖、水所調合的醬汁

   STEP 3  起油鍋,將麻油燒熱,淋在魚上
