【料  理  方  式】燒烤、氣炸、乾煎


『烤魚下巴』

   STEP 1   烤箱預熱

   STEP 2   將解凍好的魚下巴淋上米酒

   STEP 3   烤盤包上鋁箔紙,將於下巴兩面撒上岩鹽後,魚肉朝下放置烤箱,以250度烤20分鐘

   STEP 4   切半顆檸檬擠在上面即可食用
